FAQ
Questions parents ask
What age can my child start?
Children from age 3 can start. We match the coaching style to your child's age and attention span.
My child has never played chess. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Our Beginner level starts from how the pieces move. Most of our students began with zero experience.
How do online classes work?
Classes run live on Zoom or Google Meet with an interactive board. Students move pieces, solve puzzles and play games with the coach in real time.
Group or 1-on-1 — which is better?
Small groups (up to 6) are great for motivation and play practice. 1-on-1 suits students who want a faster, fully personalised pace. We'll recommend the right fit after the demo.
How often are classes held?
Typically two classes a week, 60 minutes each. Schedules are flexible across time zones.
How do you track progress?
Every student gets homework puzzles, game reviews and a monthly progress report. Level-up assessments mark each milestone.
What if we miss a class?
Let us know in advance and we'll arrange a make-up session or share the class recording.
Is the demo class really free?
Yes — the demo is completely free with no obligation to enrol.
